  • Sparrow Ascent Patient Controller, SKU: 11-110-K, GTIN 00850052017033
  • Sparrow Ascent Cable, SKU: 810-P, GTIN: 0085005201740

Warranty information is located under “Warranty” on www.sparkbiomedical.com. Third-party products (those not produced by Spark Biomedical, e.g. batteries or alcohol wipes) are not covered by the warranties listed below. For third-party product warranty information, please reach out to the respective party.

90 Day Limited Warranty

Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use, proper care, and maintenance of the product. Spark Biomedical will provide a replacement or item of equivalent value for any part or product found to be defective.

This warranty shall be void if the product is not used, assembled, or operated in accordance with the operation instructions provided; the product is resold or traded to another owner; components or accessories not compatible with the product have been used, or the user has abused or otherwise failed to maintain the product.

Warranty is void 90 days after ship date. Spark Biomedical may require proof of purchase to process a warranty claim.

How To Process a Warranty Claim

To begin processing a warranty claim, please email info@sparkbiomedical.com and include:

  • Item Number
  • Lot or Serial Number
  • Reason for Warranty
  • Invoice Number or Shipping Date

All accepted warranty claims will be issued a Spark Biomedical issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return instructions. Only warranty claims and returns with approved RMA number will be accepted.
